Job Description
- Serve as the HR focal point for internal clients, providing comprehensive support to teams on all HR-related matters.- Establish and maintain an effective interface with executive levels, ensuring strategic alignment and effective communication across functions.- Develop and monitor HR performance indicators, delivering detailed analyses and proposing corrective actions when necessary.- Conduct exit interviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities to improve the organizational environment.- Monitor organizational climate, conduct performance evaluations and participate in calibration processes to ensure fairness and effectiveness in assessments.- Provide specialized consulting to leadership on people management, talent development, and team engagement.- Actively participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business needs and organizational culture.- Collaborate in defining and executing talent attraction and retention strategies, contributing to employer branding.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
- Proven experience in aBusiness Partner role;
- Knowledge of HR subsystems;
- Generalist profile;
- Advanced English desirable;
