Sales/Marketing Associate

As part of the marketing team in a fast-growing company, you will help turn leads into customers / members. This includes answering calls, creative thinking, consistent follow up, as well as guiding them through the admissions process.

• Answering sales phone calls from prospective clients
• Following up with leads via phone and email
• Assisting clients who are applying for service
• Tracking leads throughout the sales / admissions process
• Use of spreadsheets and other platforms to facilitate sales and follow-up process

Ideal candidate should have great phone skills and people skills, be self-driven, and detail-oriented

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Home Care: 1 year (Preferred)
• office: 3 years (Preferred)
