Key Responsibilitie

s· Provide functional support for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processe

s· Handle incidents related to purchase requisitions (PR

)Purchase orders (PO

)Goods receipt (MIGO

)Invoice verification (LIV

)Stock movements and transfer

s· Troubleshoot issues in inventory management, valuation, and account determinatio

n· Assist in procurement configuration (document types, release strategy, pricing conditions

)· Monitor and resolve issues in goods receipt, stock inconsistencies, and inventory difference

s· Support inventory processes including cycle count and physical inventor

y· Analyze and resolve integration issues with: FI (accounts payable, GR/IR), SD (stock availability and deliveries), PP (material consumption & planning), WM/EWM (warehouse operations

)· Support interfaces with external systems (WMS, suppliers, automation tools

)· Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive action

s· Execute and support functional testing (unit, integration, UAT

)· Ensure proper documentation of incidents, changes, and solution

s· Support minor enhancements and customization change

s· Monitor recurring issues and drive continuous improvement in MM processe
