Silicium Laboratories Europe develops specialized, science-backed, patented silicon-based dietary supplements, distributed primarily through online channels in the U.S. and European markets.
Our brands, including LIVING SILICA® and Silicium Laboratories, compete in the premium health and wellness category through clinically supported products, proprietary ingredients, and direct-to-consumer growth strategies.

Compensation & Bonus Eligibility
Annual Salary Range: USD $30,000 – $38,000 gross per year, including potential performance-based bonus earnings, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Bonus Potential:
Effective upon satisfactory completion of the first 180 days of employment and based on the goals and objectives agreed upon in the performance development planning process with your manager, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus. Bonus eligibility, structure, and payout are contingent on achieved results and business performance.

Job Summary
The Brand & Product Manager is responsible for the brand strategy and product development of Silicium Laboratories' consumer brands (LIVING SILICA® and Silicium Laboratories) in the US market. This role defines brand positioning and moves product development forward, from concept to launch. The role sets brand and product direction and hands it to the execution team.
Role Scope and Accountability
This role is accountable for:
- Brand positioning, identity, and equity across both brands.
- Product development progress, from concept validation to commercial launch.
- Pricing and portfolio decisions.
- Compliance of product claims with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Identity
- Define and evolve brand positioning for LIVING SILICA® and Silicium Laboratories®.
- Create and maintain Brand Books (visual identity, tone of voice, core messaging).
- Build brand positioning around proprietary ingredients, patents, and trademarks.
- Develop strategic claims, taglines, and key visual assets.
Product Innovation & Development
- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and emerging ingredients for new product concepts.
- Coordinate formulation, ingredient selection, and packaging development with internal and external partners.
- Drive product development from concept validation to commercial launch.
- Define pricing and run competitive, ingredient, and positioning analyses.
Product Storytelling & Communication
- Coordinate launch strategy: naming, storytelling, go-to-market.
- Keep brand and product messaging consistent across channels, packaging, and PR.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure product claims comply with US regulatory standards (FDA and FTC).
- Align labeling and messaging with dietary supplement requirements.
Operational Coordination
- Give the Marketing Manager and execution team brand and product direction, then hand it off.
- Align brand strategy and product direction with sales, operations, R&D, and leadership.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The Brand & Product Manager will be evaluated primarily on the following indicators:
- Brand consistency across touchpoints.
- Product development milestones met on time (concept to launch).
- Launch performance against defined targets.
- Portfolio contribution and pricing accuracy.
- Compliance of claims with regulatory standards.
- Quality and clarity of brand and product direction handed to the execution team.
Required Qualifications
· 3–5 years of experience in brand management and/or product development.
· Proven experience taking products from concept to launch.
· Direct experience in the dietary supplements or nutraceuticals industry (required).
· Strong English for cross-border work with the US and EU teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building brands or products for the US market.
- Familiarity with the US dietary supplement regulatory context (FDA/FTC).
- Experience building brand positioning around IP or premium claims.
Education
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Training in brand or product management is a plus.
