Investment Manager (Acquisition)

We're partnering with a rapidly growing data center platform expanding aggressively across Southeast Asia. As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a Senior Manager / Manager – Acquisition & Investment to lead strategic site acquisitions and secure land for future hyperscale data center developments.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of real estate, investment, commercial negotiations, and data center development, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver development-ready sites.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the end-to-end acquisition process for land and existing properties suitable for data center development
• Source and evaluate potential sites through brokers, landowners, industrial parks, and strategic networks
• Drive commercial negotiations, due diligence, LOIs, contracts, and transaction execution
• Partner closely with legal, finance, technical and development teams throughout the acquisition lifecycle
• Build strong relationships with landowners, brokers, consultants and key market stakeholders
• Manage the acquisition pipeline and provide strategic recommendations for investment decisions

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in land acquisition, industrial real estate, site selection, or infrastructure investments
• Strong commercial negotiation and transaction execution experience
• Familiarity with land acquisition processes, due diligence, LOIs and contract negotiations
• Experience in data centers, logistics, industrial parks, renewable energy or other infrastructure sectors is highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple internal functions
• Willingness to travel for site visits and negotiations
