Senior Project Manager (Data Center)

Looking to take ownership of some of Asia's most critical data center projects?

We're partnering with a fast-growing data center platform backed by significant regional expansion plans across Southeast Asia. As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager / Delivery Manager – Customer Success to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic customer projects across Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and other key markets.

This role sits at the intersection of customer success, project delivery, construction, operations, and stakeholder management.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic regional and global customers
• Lead the delivery of large-scale data center projects from construction and fit-out through commissioning and handover
• Drive cross-functional coordination across sales, engineering, construction, operations, and testing teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations
• Manage executive stakeholder relationships and customer governance processes
• Identify risks, resolve complex delivery challenges, and maintain service excellence throughout the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, construction, project delivery, or related sectors
• Strong experience managing complex customer-facing infrastructure projects
• Understanding of data center design, construction, commissioning, or operational environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate across multiple countries and cross-functional teams
• Fluent English required;
  Mandarin is highly preferred
