Supported by professional equipment, structured training, and dedicated coaching, we are building one of the world's largest collections of high-quality real-life livestreams.

As we continue expanding internationally, maintaining exceptional livestream quality is one of our highest priorities.

We're now looking for an experienced Livestream Quality & Operations Manager to lead this mission.

The Role

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing livestream quality across the entire platform.

You'll lead our coaching team, establish quality standards, improve operational processes, and help ensure every livestream delivers an outstanding viewer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong operational discipline, leadership skills, content awareness, and a hands-on approach to solving problems.

You'll work directly with coaches, Explorers, and senior leadership to continuously improve the quality and scalability of our platform.

Because City Explorer operates across multiple countries and time zones, we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys building systems that grow with the business.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate our international coaching team
• Maintain quality standards across all livestream categories and regions
• Monitor technical performance, presentation quality, and viewer experience
• Review coaching effectiveness and ensure consistent feedback standards
• Identify quality issues proactively and implement corrective solutions
• Improve coaching workflows, reporting systems, and operational procedures
• Support the onboarding and development of both coaches and Explorers
• Collaborate with leadership to continuously raise platform standards
• Help design scalable quality assurance systems as City Explorer grows

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities across different time zones
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
• Good understanding of livestream technology, content quality, and audience engagement
