About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a key player in the Australian energy and utilities sector to bring on a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to drive critical platform delivery. You will translate complex operational processes into clean, scalable functional specs and user stories for a key technical team. Acting as the critical bridge between senior business stakeholders and delivery teams, you'll ensure every solution aligns strictly with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise governance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engage directly with key business leaders to extract requirements, refine scope, and build well-defined user stories and functional specs.
- Act as the trusted advisor between non-technical business stakeholders and both local and offshore delivery teams for end-to-end delivery.
- Deep-dive into Service Portal and Workspace implementations, driving process optimization across ITSM, CSM, and PSDS.
- Ensure all documentation and architectural design decisions follow ServiceNow standards, integration best practices, and data governance.
What You Bring
- Proven track record as a ServiceNow BA or Business Process Consultant within the Australian market.
- First-hand experience in Government, Energy, Utilities, or Water environments is highly desirable
- Essential: ServiceNow platform delivery with strong expertise in Service Portal and Workspace, plus solid exposure to workflows, data models, APIs, and integrations.
- Top-tier communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, navigate global cross-functional teams, and keep offshore delivery aligned,
