Description:
We are currently seeking Tradepersons to join our Maintenance team. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across our resort, to ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure whilst ensuring our guests are a priority.
You will be required to effectively resolve maintenance issues relevant to your trade or within your capabilites, which may include hands on work or the delegation of tasks to contractors or other maintenance team members.
Respond to guest maintenance issues whilst representing a level of customer service and professionalism that consistently exceeds our guests’ expectations.
Proactively identify areas for improvement within the resort.
Skills and Experiences:
- Proven experience in general maintenance and repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues efficiently
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a maintenance environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work on a part-time schedule as required
