Job Description

We are seeking a sharp, strategic, and articulate Investor Relations (IR) Specialist to join our Financial Communications and Investor Relations practice. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between our corporate clients (ranging from growth-stage companies to large enterprises) and the financial community.

Unlike traditional corporate IR roles, working in a PR agency environment means you will manage multiple client portfolios, driving high-impact financial storytelling, reputation management, capital market communications, and high-stakes events like IPOs, M&As, and earnings announcements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic IR Counseling: Advise client leadership teams on capital market perception, shareholder sentiment, proxy advisory, and financial communication best practices.
  • Financial Content & Narrative Building: Craft compelling earnings releases, annual reports, investor presentations, fact sheets, and Q&A documents that translate complex financial metrics into strong corporate narratives.
  • IPO & Corporate Action Support: Play an integral role in transaction-heavy communications, including planning and executing IPO roadshows, debt issuances, and major mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
  • Stakeholder & Media Engagement: Manage ongoing communications with institutional investors, research analysts, fund managers, and financial media.
  • Earnings Cycle Management: Coordinate and manage quarterly earnings calls, webcasts, analyst briefings, and post-earnings perception audits.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor financial market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts to deliver actionable intelligence reports to clients.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven experience in Investor Relations (in-house or agency), Financial PR, Equity Research, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance.
  • Market Acumen: Solid understanding of financial markets, valuation metrics, macroeconomic indicators, and corporate governance standards.
  • Transaction Experience: Demonstrated exposure to or hands-on involvement in high-profile corporate actions, preferably IPO campaigns or major fundraising cycles.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with an ability to present financial data clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Communications, or related fields (MBA/CFA/CA or equivalent certifications are a strong plus).
