About the role

Anrak.io is hiring a Tele-caller to support outreach and customer conversion for AnrakLegal.

You will make outbound cold calls to legal professionals and enterprise prospects, introduce AnrakLegal, identify interested leads, and support successful paid conversions and onboarding.

This role is suited to someone who is confident speaking with professionals, comfortable with cold calling, and motivated by measurable sales outcomes.

What you'll do

• Make outbound cold calls to legal professionals and enterprise prospects.
• Introduce AnrakLegal and clearly explain its value to potential users.
• Identify interested prospects and move them toward paid conversion.
• Support successful customer onboarding after conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Meet conversion-focused performance expectations.
• Share common prospect questions and feedback with the team.

What we're looking for

• Completed bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong spoken English communication skills.
• Comfortable with outbound cold calling and speaking with working professionals.
• Confident, persistent, organised, and target-oriented.
• Prior tele-calling or sales experience is not mandatory.
• Interest in sales, customer acquisition, and startup growth.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
