Role Overview

The Key Account Manager will shape new worlds of work by strengthening long‐term partnerships with key customers, developing strategic plans, driving projects, and representing the brand at trade fairs and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen long‐term partnerships with key customers through trust and collaboration
• Develop strategic customer plans together with Sales and cross‐functional teams
• Drive new projects using our omnichannel approach and deliver expert consulting
• Represent KAISER+KRAFT at trade fairs and industry events as a strong brand ambassador
• Track and optimise sales performance, contracts, and e‐Procurement solutions

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in Key Account Management with measurable success
• Strong relationship‐building skills across all organisational levels
• Sales‐driven mindset focused on customer needs and solutions
• Technical understanding of planning documents and equipment specifications
• Organised, ambitious, and goal‐oriented team player with a Class B driving licence
• Native Spanish speaker with English skills; German is an advantage
