We are establishing a greenfield fulfillment operation in Spain and need a dynamic, floor‑oriented supervisor to manage real‑time shift operations, performance tracking and operational standards in a high‑velocity e‑commerce environment.

Mission & Scope

• Supervise daily warehouse floor operations during shifts, ensuring high‑speed picking, packing and sorting targets are met while maintaining absolute inventory accuracy and safety standards.
• Lead shift Team Leaders and fulfillment operators, managing real‑time labor allocation, resolving systemic bottlenecks, and aligning with the site’s daily outbound and inbound targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Shift Performance & Throughput – consistently hit corporate KPIs for picking rates, packing efficiency and on‑time courier dispatch.
• Process Stabilization – maintain 100% adherence to newly established SOPs on the floor, correcting tracking deviations and scanning errors in real time.
• Floor Leadership & Attendance – manage daily staff scheduling, shift handovers, real‑time team motivation, labor relations and full compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Inventory Control at Source – handle immediate error‑resolution workflows for misplaced items, system mismatches or damaged packaging during your shift window.

Position Requirements

• Greenfield Launch Expertise – proven background supervising or acting as a senior team leader during a warehouse launch, site expansion or high‑volume e‑commerce peak season.
• High‑Velocity Logistics Competence – experience with Warehouse Management Systems, RF scanners and automated sorting infrastructure within a fast‑moving retail, 3PL or e‑commerce environment.
• Language Proficiency – professional fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Mandarin is a strong asset.
• Operational Flexibility – adaptable to shift rotations, including early mornings, late evenings or weekend shifts, to support a 24/7 launch.
