About the role

Anrak.io is hiring a Legal FDE to support the enterprise adoption of AnrakLegal.

You will work directly with enterprise users in the legal domain, helping them understand, adopt, and use AnrakLegal effectively. This is a client-facing role that combines legal domain knowledge, product understanding, user training, and client relationship management.

The role involves visiting enterprise client locations as required. Approved travel expenses will be reimbursed.

What you'll do

• Conduct product demonstrations and enterprise onboarding for AnrakLegal.
• Train legal teams and other enterprise users on using AnrakLegal effectively.
• Support clients during early adoption and resolve first-level product-use queries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collect user feedback, adoption challenges, and product requirements.
• Share structured client insights with the product management team.
• Help improve enterprise adoption, engagement, and long-term client success.

What we're looking for

• Completed bachelor’s degree in Law or a related legal qualification.
• Strong understanding of legal concepts and the legal ecosystem.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Comfortable meeting enterprise clients, conducting training, and presenting a product.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
• Technical or product expertise is highly valued.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
