Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) – Dublin (Finglas)
Total salary: €71,032.70 (inclusive of shift allowance)
Shifts: Double Days
Week 1: Monday–Friday, 07:00–15:00
Week 2: Mon–Thur: 15:00–23:30 Fri: 15:00–20:30
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Jamestown Business Park, Jamestown Road, Finglas, Dublin, Co
- No nights or weekend working

About the role
We’re looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join CHEP – the global leader in pallet, crate, and container pooling. You’ll maintain and improve manufacturing equipment using a multi-skilled approach, working to high safety and reliability standards in a fast-paced, automated environment.
What we need from you
- Irish NFQ Level 5 or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a Mech/Electrical/Multi-skilled Engineering Qualification
- Electrical bias is essential – must hold relevant electrical qualifications
- Multi-skilled across electrical and mechanical disciplines
- Experience in fast-paced, safety-driven environments
- Ability to read engineering drawings and operate workshop tools
- Experience and/or certifications in automation, PLCs, and robotics highly desirable
- Safety-conscious, adaptable, and a team player
