This is a senior leadership role offering a market-leading salary, long-term career progression, and the opportunity to shape the commercial success of major residential developments. Responsibilities Lead the commercial function across multiple residential developments.

Manage Quantity Surveying teams and oversee project profitability. Control budgets, procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts. Provide commercial advice to senior management and project teams.

Manage contractual risk and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships. Drive commercial performance and identify opportunities to maximise project value. Requirements Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within residential construction. Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and commercial management. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
