As we expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Head of Supply Chain Textile Effects – Mercosur & Central America & Andean Region (CAA).


Position Overview

The Head of Supply Chain Mercosur & CAA - Textile Effects is responsible for leading the end-to-end Supply Chain organization across the region, ensuring supply continuity, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth. This leadership role oversees Import & Export Operations, Direct International Business (DIB), Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory Management, and Order Fulfillment while driving service improvements, cost optimization, and working capital performance.

The position acts as a strategic partner to Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Finance, and Global Supply Chain teams, ensuring alignment between customer demand, operational capabilities, and business priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Supply Chain operations across Central America, the Andean Region, and Mercosur, ensuring supply continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Import, Export, Direct International Business (DIB), Warehousing, Transportation, Logistics, Distribution, Inventory Management, and Order Fulfillment activities across the region.
  • Ensure efficient material flow, regulatory compliance, adherence to corporate policies, and on-time delivery performance.
  • Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with Planning, Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Logistics Providers, and Global Supply Chain teams to align business priorities and supply chain capabilities.
  • Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies focused on improving OTIF, service levels, inventory performance, logistics efficiency, productivity, and working capital results.
  • Drive supply chain cost efficiency through effective inventory governance, transportation optimization, warehousing management, process improvement, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee Direct International Business (DIB) activities, ensuring seamless order execution from manufacturing sites to customers worldwide.
  • Manage relationships with logistics providers and key stakeholders to ensure service quality and cost effectiveness.
  • Identify supply chain risks, operational constraints, and improvement opportunities, implementing mitigation plans and corrective actions when required.
  • Monitor and improve key Supply Chain KPIs including OTIF, inventory turns, warehouse productivity, logistics performance, freight costs, and working capital.
  • Represent Supply Chain within regional leadership teams, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and business objectives.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching, talent development, and succession planning.


  • Required Competencies:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of Supply Chain management experience.
  • Strong experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Import & Export Operations, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong SAP knowledge and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Celonis will be considered an advantage.
