IAM Manager

Permanent, Full-time

Location: São Paulo (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)

Salary: R$34,000 – R$38,000 per month


Our client is seeking an experienced IAM Manager to lead and mature their global Identity & Access Management function. This is a strategic leadership role focused on standardising IAM processes, strengthening governance, and driving automation across a complex enterprise environment. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and the business, translating IAM strategy into practical solutions while leading a team of analysts and overseeing managed service providers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of IAM analysts while overseeing third-party service providers.
  • Develop and execute the IAM strategy, roadmap and governance framework.
  • Harmonise and standardise identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover and Leaver workflows and role-based access management (RBAC).
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual access management processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with IT, HR, Compliance and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions.
  • Oversee Segregation of Duties (SoD), access governance, risk management and audit readiness across enterprise platforms.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, manage supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement across the IAM function.


About You

  • 5+ years' experience in Identity & Access Management or Information Security, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, including RBAC, least privilege, privileged access management and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  • Experience developing IAM governance, standardising processes and delivering transformation or automation initiatives.
  • Technical knowledge of enterprise platforms such as SAP (ECC/S/4HANA), SAP GRC, SuccessFactors, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, ServiceNow and Oracle environments.
  • Proven ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving change.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors or managed service providers is highly desirable.
  • Fluent English is essential. Portuguese is advantageous.
