Warehouse Administrator

Job Description:

Warehouse Administrator required for our St Margaret’s facility.

Experience of temperature controlled or highly regulated storage would be an advantage.

Own Transport required (as we are not on bus route)

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Warehouse Management System: 1 year (preferred)

Domestic HGV Class 1 Drivers – Dublin based.

Requirements:

At least 1 years relevant Class 1 experience.

Valid CPC Card & all modules up to date.

Digital Tachograph card.

Must be flexible on days and hours.

The ability to read, write and speak English to a good level.

Legally permitted to work in Ireland, with a valid PPS number.

Scope of Work

We have multiple shift patterns available:

• DAY SHIFT: includes making one or multiple collections and deliveries to clients across the UK, from the Coventry base.
• NIGHT SHIFT:includes shunting between Coventry base and Holyhead Port, with occasional additional deliveries/collections on route.
• 4 on/4 off:day/night shift available in a 4 on/ 4 off pattern (please note, same rate applies 7 days per week).
• Minimum 3 shifts per week: we are open to day or night shift on a set 3 shifts per week routine, with holiday/sickness cover additional shifts available.

Type of Vehicles

We operate a mix of curtain sided and temperature controlled vehicles across our Irish fleet, including DAFs, Volvos and Scanias.

Applications to drive a specific type of vehicle or trailer will not be accepted.

Domestic UK HGV Class 1 Drivers – Coventry CV3 based.

Requirements:

At least 1 years relevant Class 1 experience.

Valid CPC Card & all modules up to date.

Digital Tachograph card.

Legally permitted to work in the UK, with National Insurance number.
