Tutor Training and Quality Manager

As a Tutor Training and Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing tutor performance, engagement, onboarding, and overall tutor experience. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure our tutors receive the support, guidance, and feedback they need to deliver exceptional learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Share quality feedback with tutors and help them improve their performance. •⁠ ⁠Onboard and train new tutors, ensuring they understand EnglishYaari's processes and expectations. •⁠ ⁠Monitor tutor adherence to company policies, teaching standards, and operational guidelines. •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with Hiring, Quality, and Support teams to ensure smooth tutor management. •⁠ ⁠Plan engagement activities and initiatives to improve tutor satisfaction and retention. •⁠ ⁠Maintain tutor-related data and track key performance and retention metrics. •⁠ ⁠Handle tutor concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions.
