Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Execution Manage end-to-end lifecycle of I&O projects—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop detailed project plans that include scope, schedule, cost, resource, and risk management. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality and performance benchmarks.

Experience with large-scale infrastructure modernization or cloud transformation programs. Ability to work in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with budgeting, procurement, and vendor management in an I&O context.

Technical Coordination Work closely with infrastructure engineers, cloud architects, network specialists, and operations teams to coordinate system deployments, migrations, and upgrades. Manage interdependencies between infrastructure, application teams, and external vendors. Stakeholder Management Engage with internal stakeholders (IT Ops, Security, Finance, Procurement, Compliance) to ensure alignment of project goals with business and technical requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, progress updates, and issue resolution. Risk & Issue Management Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and operational impacts. Lead troubleshooting efforts and escalate issues as needed to ensure minimal disruption to infrastructure services.

Reporting & Governance Maintain accurate documentation of project artifacts, including project charters, RAID logs, change control, and post-project reviews. Provide executive-level reporting on status, milestones, financials, and strategic impacts. What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on IT infrastructure and operations.

Proven experience managing projects involving networks, data centers, server/storage, virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or IT service delivery. Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and I&O best practices. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, ServiceNow). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional Waterfall project methodologies Experience with benefit realization frameworks, financial governance, and KPI tracking.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification required, Agile or SAFe certifications a plus. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
