About the Role...

In this full-time role, at our Trade Centre at Chevallum/Sunshine Coast, you will contribute to high levels of customer service through direct interaction with customers, together with the management of inward and outward stock movement.

Key responsibilities include:

Serving Customers at counter sales

Providing excellent customer service

Pick & pack customer requirements

Assisting in answering phone calls

• Assisting in administrative duties
• General housekeeping
• Assisting with cycle counts
• General warehouse duties

About You...

You will have had a prior history of counter sales / retail sales combined with customer service experience. You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines, be reliable and self-motivated, have a willingness to take on additional tasks and value personal and team safety.
