The Niche Explorers is looking for an energetic and experienced Tour Manager to handle our Corporate MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) Groups across India and international destinations.
Key Responsibilities
✈️ Escort and manage corporate groups from departure to retur
n🤝 Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local partner
s Ensure flawless execution of itineraries and event schedule
s Handle group briefings and act as the primary point of contact for client
s⚡ Resolve on-ground challenges efficiently while delivering exceptional guest experiences

✅ Prior experience as a Tour Manager or in MICE operations is preferre
d✅ Excellent communication and people management skill
s✅ Willingness to travel extensively within India and oversea
s✅ Ability to remain calm and organized in fast-paced situation
s✅ Passion for hospitality and customer service
