Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant (Billing & GST) based in Attingal. The Senior Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations related to billing, invoicing, and GST compliance, including preparing and reviewing sales invoices, ensuring accurate tax calculations, and maintaining ledgers. Responsibilities include filing GST returns, reconciling input and output GST, monitoring accounts receivable, and following up on outstanding payments.

The role also involves preparing periodic financial reports, assisting with audits, implementing internal controls, and coordinating with sales, operations, and management to resolve billing or tax-related queries.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including ledger management, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with GST billing, GST return filing, tax reconciliation, and compliance with current tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP tools, as well as MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in numerical work, and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and auditors.
• Ability to work independently on-site in Attingal, manage multiple priorities, and meet reporting deadlines.
• Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; professional certifications (CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a similar senior accounting or GST-focused role, preferably within healthcare, medical, or product-based companies.
