Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Haridwar, Uttrakhand. The Accountant will be responsible for daily entries, return reconciliations, reconciliation of ledgers, managing financial operations related to e-commerce activities, including bookkeeping, reconciliation of accounts, preparing financial reports, and analyzing sales data. Additional tasks include monitoring e-commerce transactions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to manage expenses and budgets.

Experience with SAP - B1 accounting module would be given preference.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and reconciliation of accounts
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, payment gateway operations, and online transaction management of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and others
• Strong analytical skills, financial reporting, and taxation knowledge
• Familiarity with budget management and cost analysis
• Proficiency in accounting software like SAP B-1 and Excel for data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in e-commerce or retail accounting is a plus
