Test Leader c/FR

🚀 What You'll Do

• Define and execute Test Strategies, Master Test Plans, and testing schedules.
• Coordinate and mentor QA/Test Analysts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Oversee defect management, risk assessment, and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Produce testing reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Promote QA best practices and continuous improvement across projects.

🛠️ What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
• Experience leading QA teams and defining test strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and ISTQB testing principles.
• Hands-on experience with:
• ALM Octane
• Jira
• Confluence
• API Testing
• SQL
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Banking or Insurance is a plus.
