We work closely with pediatricians, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers to enable early screening and intervention. Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Tele Sales Specialist to connect with pediatricians, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare institutions over calls and virtual meetings to promote Aignosis’ AI-based developmental screening solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to generate leads and convert prospects into partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Connect with pediatricians, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers through calls and virtual meetings Present and explain Aignosis’ screening solution confidently Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling Schedule product demos and follow-up meetings for the sales team Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients and partners Update CRM and submit daily calling and performance reports Coordinate with the field sales team for onboarding and activation support Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate / BBA / MBA / B.Pharm / Any relevant degree 2–3 years experience in tele sales / inside sales / healthcare sales / pharma sales Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills Comfortable with outbound calling and client handling Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Added Advantage Experience in HealthTech / Healthcare / Pharma industry Experience in B2B sales or doctor engagement Ability to speak local regional languages What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Exposure to AI-based medical technology Career growth in a fast-scaling HealthTech startup Opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals and specialists Apply: Send your resume to Email - Contact Number - 9261201154
