Role- Operations Manager Skills – Operations Manager (Delivery operations Compliance ) Job Location - Hyderabad Experience - 10 - 18 Years Description - • 15 years of IT experience with extensive background in IT Operations & Delivery Management within Tier‑1 IT Services organizations • Strong experience in end-to-end operations management, driving governance, delivery excellence, and portfolio performance • Proven expertise in revenue & margin management, financial planning, and optimization of account-level profitability • Hands-on experience in utilization management, ensuring effective deployment of billable and non-billable resources • Strong exposure to billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing in coordination with internal teams • Expertise in resource planning, headcount strategy, onboarding, and workforce optimization • Strong stakeholder management, acting as a key escalation point for clients and leadership teams • Experience managing large, multi-location operations teams, driving efficiency and performance • Good understanding of compliance, audit readiness, and operational governance frameworks
