Job Summary We are hiring a result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sourcing and pre-sales for residential. You will build and manage the top-of-funnel, drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and ensure high-quality handoff to closing teams. Strong knowledge of real estate customer journey, channel partners, and RERA compliance is a must.

Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Lead Generation Develop and execute sourcing strategy across online, offline, and channel partner networks Identify and empanel channel partners, brokers, aggregators, and corporate tie-ups Drive campaigns with digital marketing team: property portals, Google, Meta, webinars, events Tap into NRI, investor, and HNI databases for qualified leads Achieve monthly sourcing targets for MQLs and SQLs per project Pre-Sales & Lead Nurturing Manage pre-sales team to qualify inbound leads Set up and monitor CRM workflows for lead scoring, auto-allocation, and follow-ups Conduct first-level project pitching, share collaterals, plans, pricing, and payment schemes Schedule site visits Maintain lead hygiene in CRM: no leakage, proper tagging, and timely disposition Channel Partner Management Onboard CPs, explain project USPs, commission structure, and RERA guidelines Conduct regular CP meets, site walks, and training on new launches Track CP performance, resolve payment/commission queries, and drive activation Ensure all CP communication is RERA compliant with approved content only Market Intelligence & Reporting Track competitor launches, pricing, offers, and sourcing strategies Share weekly MIS on lead sources, cost per lead, visit %, and conversion ratios Forecast inventory movement based on pre-sales pipeline Coordinate with marketing for feedback on campaign performance and creatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Graduate/MBA in Marketing or equivalent with min 3 years in sourcing/pre-sales role Domain: Strong grasp of Mumbai/MMR real estate market, ticket sizes, buyer personas Technical: Hands-on with Salesforce/Zoho/LeadSquared CRM, Excel, and property portals Compliance: Working knowledge of RERA, GST impact on sales, and agreement process Soft Skills: Team leadership, strong negotiation, target-driven, excellent communication skills.Job Summary We are hiring a result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sourcing and pre-sales for residential/commercial projects.
