Role: Technical Program Manager Positions: 1 Experience: 4 to 8 years Location: Kolkata Type: On-site / Permanent Salary: Up to INR 30 LPA depending on fitment Notice Period: 15 days We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager who can drive engineering execution while working directly with clients. This role sits between: engineering teams, delivery/program management, and client communication.

You won’t code daily, but you should understand systems deeply enough to: spot risks, challenge estimates, unblock teams, and lead technical conversations confidently. What You’ll Do Manage delivery of 1–3 concurrent engineering programs Run Agile ceremonies and track execution across teams Coordinate with backend, frontend, QA, DevOps & cloud teams Work closely with external clients on timelines, risks, and delivery updates Identify blockers early and drive resolution Review technical approaches with engineers and architects Ensure smooth releases, documentation, and delivery quality What We’re Looking For 4–7 years managing software projects/programs Experience owning projects from planning → production release Strong Agile/Scrum experience Technical understanding Good understanding of: web applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, DevOps workflows Familiar with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes basics Able to understand code, architecture, and engineering tradeoffs Client communication Comfortable handling client-facing technical discussions Able to manage expectations, risks, and escalations professionally
