Role Description We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for a full-time, and strictly on-site role only. In this role, you will lead key product initiatives from concept through execution, working closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, business, and leadership. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, shaping roadmap priorities, driving execution, and ensuring that new features and enhancements align with customer needs and company goals. You will serve as the voice of the customer while balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, and market opportunities. This role requires a strong mix of product thinking, execution discipline, stakeholder management, and strategic insight .

Key Responsibilities Lead product development initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration Gather, define, and prioritize product requirements based on user needs, business goals, and market opportunities Build and manage product roadmaps in collaboration with engineering, design, and business stakeholders Work cross-functionally to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery Drive product launches, feature rollouts, and post-launch performance tracking Use customer feedback, product data, and market research to identify opportunities for improvement Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for intuitive, high-impact user experiences Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to product planning and execution in a dynamic startup environment Qualifications Strong experience in Product Management , including product lifecycle management, requirement gathering, roadmap planning, and feature delivery Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable product initiatives Proven ability to work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product/project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to track product performance, user behavior, and key business metrics Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and align diverse stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes in a fast-moving environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience working on AI-driven products or leveraging AI technologies in product development is highly desirable
