Job Description
Boardwalk is seeking a resultsâdriven Technical Business Analyst to support IT initiatives across the organization, with a strong emphasis on digital, web, and Microsoft 365âbased solutions. This is a oneâyear contract position. Key Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and deliver technology solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
Conduct requirements gathering sessions with crossâfunctional teams and translate needs into clear user stories with wellâdefined acceptance criteria. Develop and maintain business process flows, user journeys, and supporting documentation. Analyze existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and experience improvements.
Website Improvement Initiatives Support boardwalkâs website improvement initiatives in partnership with Marketing. Maintain and prioritize the website enhancement backlog, balancing business value, technical complexity, and delivery capacity. Translate Marketing and business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Coordinate execution, testing, and rollout of website changes across environments. Microsoft 365 & Digital Workplace Initiatives Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities to improve productivity and collaboration using the M365 toolset. Act as a lead Business Analyst supporting Microsoft 365 initiatives, including PowerApps, SharePoint platform, Copilot, and Planner solutions rollout.
Partner with business leaders and IT teams to identify, shape, and prioritize M365 initiatives that improve data, workflow efficiency, and digital collaboration. Translate complex business needs into wellâstructured requirements and prioritized backlogs for PowerApps and SharePointâbased solutions, positioning SharePoint as a scalable data and information platform. Coordinate and oversee delivery, testing, and rollout of M365 solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business outcomes.
Assist with documenting standards, usage patterns, and endâuser guidance. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology and digital initiatives. Strong experience working with Agile delivery teams, including backlog refinement, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Solid understanding of web platforms, digital experiences, and contentâdriven solutions. Handsâon familiarity with Microsoft 365, including PowerApps, SharePoint, Planner, and Copilot. Strong analytical, problemâsolving, and documentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to work across Marketing, IT, and Operations. Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and adapt to changing priorities. Nice to Have Experience with custom software environments.
Experience in real estate, property management, or multiâsite operational environments. What Success Looks Like Website enhancements are prioritized effectively, delivered smoothly, and adopted by the business. IT projects have clear requirements, wellâmanaged delivery, and minimal rework.
