Job Role: Team Lead - Sales Location: East Delhi Working days: Working Days: 5 days a week, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and monitor a team of sales executives (equity/derivatives/trading accounts) Drive lead conversion from both online and offline marketing campaigns Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reporting accuracy with zero dependency Track team performance, productivity, and revenue targets Conduct regular follow-ups, reviews, and performance evaluations Identify gaps in sales process and implement corrective actions Maintain strict discipline in CRM updates and lead tracking systems Coordinate with marketing team for lead quality and campaign performance Handle escalations and ensure timely closure of client queries Ensure adherence to compliance and internal sales processes Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sales (preferably in stock broking / BFSI / trading industry) At least 1–2 years of team handling experience Strong understanding of: Demat & Trading Accounts Equity / F&O segments Brokerage models Proven track record of team target achievement Hands-on experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards Ability to handle high-volume lead flow
