KASA DECOR’s network spans over 75 dealers across 50 cities in India. About the Role: Looking for an Immediate Joiner We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

This role involves managing lead assignments, coordinating meetings, maintaining DSRs, and actively supporting the sales team through structured communication and data management. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in outbound coordination by calling architects and interior designers to schedule meetings for the sales team, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified interactions. Qualifications 1. Strong sales coordination and client communication skills 2. Excellent management and interpersonal communication abilities 3.

Prior experience in sales coordination / inside sales / client handling roles 4. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems 5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 6.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively 7. Relevant bachelor’s degree preferred Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Management: Assign, track, and follow up on all leads through internal platforms with complete ownership. 2.

Outbound Coordination: Proactively call architects and interior designers to introduce KASA DECOR and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team, ensuring strong engagement and pipeline generation. 3. Follow-ups & Updates: Maintain accurate follow-up records, share consultant performance sheets weekly, and ensure timely client communication. 4. Appointment Scheduling : Coordinate daily sales meetings, Saturday reviews, and KRA discussions efficiently. 5.

Data Management: Ensure all leads, projections, and conversions are updated in real-time with 100% accuracy and zero duplication. 6. Report Broadcasting: Share structured performance summaries, meeting metrics, and order updates with internal stakeholders. 7. Cross-Platform Coordination: Seamlessly manage multiple tools (Google Sheets, Zoho CRM, etc.) with high accuracy and efficiency.

Skills & Requirements 1. Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication is mandatory) 2. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel (including Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP), and CRM platforms (Zoho preferred) 3.

Strong calling and coordination skills with a professional and confident communication style 4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines consistently 5. High attention to detail and data accuracy 6.
