Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Institutional Sales Manager to lead revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with key institutional clients. This role demands strategic acumen, excellent negotiation skills and a comprehensive understanding of both print and digital media offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio and delivering customized advertising and content solutions that align with client objectives and drive revenue performance.
Responsibilities Overview: Sales Strategy & Business Development Deliver on set institutional sales targets Identify and pursue opportunities with corporates, agencies and institutions Analyze market trends and competition to shape sales strategies Collaborate with marketing on lead-generation campaigns Client Relationship & Key Account Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers Serve as the main point of contact for institutional clients Conduct client needs assessments and deliver tailored media solutions Negotiate and close high-value advertising contracts Product & Solution Selling Pitch integrated solutions across print, digital and event media Coordinate with editorial, digital and events teams for customized offerings Stay updated on media trends to offer strategic advertising advice Qualifications & Skills: Graduation is mandatory Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B or institutional media sales Excellent communication, negotiation and strategic planning skills Must demonstrate strong teamwork and leadership abilities with a proactive approach to responsibilities Strong knowledge of advertising/media sales (print & digital)
