Supply Manager

Job Description We are looking for a Supply Manager- Services who will E2E sourcing, onboarding, and training of contractor interior vendors as per supply plan and ensuring strict adherence. Vendor Negotiations and owning Product Margins. Tracking of vendor's project POs, invoices, GST filing, and payments.

Primary ownership of contract vendor's rating, bandwidth, rewards, and churning along with day-to-day vendor escalation management. Proactively engage with stakeholders (QS, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams) to track/resolve the above parameters/issues. Conducting monthly town halls with vendors.

Active involvement in special projects/Key initiatives Job Requirement Graduate/Post Graduate from any Institution. 4-5 years of experience in vendor management or operations Problem-solving capabilities Good communication skills – Verbal & Written Moderate skill in Excel, PPT, and Word Good aptitude Extremely high level of ownership Proactive and capable of prioritizing work
