The Opportunity We are hiring a Strategy Manager to work directly with the Managing Director, operating as an extension of the MD’s Office. This role is designed for top-tier consulting talent looking to transition into an operating environment, with end-to-end ownership of strategy and execution. You will work on high-stakes, high-impact problems spanning growth strategy, new ventures, capital allocation, and organizational priorities. What You’ll Do 1. Solve High-Impact Strategic Problems Work closely with the MD on ambiguous, high-priority business questions Structure problems, develop hypotheses, and drive data-backed recommendations Lead deep-dives on market entry, expansion, and investment decisions 2. Drive End-to-End Execution Translate strategy into clear execution roadmaps Work cross-functionally to ensure delivery against key priorities Track outcomes, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure closure 3. Own Business Performance Insights Build and drive data-led performance tracking frameworks Identify risks and opportunities across business verticals Enable sharper decision-making through structured insights 4.

Lead Special Projects & New Initiatives Drive 0→1 initiatives, partnerships, and new business opportunities Work on strategic projects across real estate, hospitality, and adjacencies 5. Operate as the MD’s Thought Partner Prepare materials for investors, partners, and leadership discussions Act as a force multiplier for the MD across priorities Who We’re Looking For Background 3–8 years of experience in top-tier consulting (McKinsey / BCG / Bain preferred) or equivalent strategy roles MBA from a top global institution (Ivy League / equivalent preferred) Capabilities Exceptional structured problem-solving and first-principles thinking Ability to operate in high ambiguity with minimal guidance Strong business judgment with ownership mindset Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics Technology & AI Strong familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) for productivity and analysis Comfort leveraging technology to augment decision-making and execution Bonus Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or asset-heavy businesses What Makes This Role Unique Direct, daily exposure to the Managing Director Opportunity to move from advisory → ownership Work on real decisions with tangible business impact Fast-track into leadership roles within the Group Logistics Location: Pune (relocation required) Travel: Frequent (India & international)
