About the Role We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Trainer with strong expertise in hotel operations to deliver training programs for students and professionals in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in front office, F&B service, and hotel operations , along with a passion for training and mentoring. Key Responsibilities Deliver training sessions on Hospitality Operations including Front Office, F&B Service, Housekeeping and Guest Relations. Train students on hotel industry standards, service etiquette and operational procedures . Conduct practical demonstrations on table manners, dining etiquette, banquets and service standards . Train candidates on reservation procedures, guest handling and hotel operations . Support placement activities and industry readiness programs . Ensure training programs meet hospitality industry standards . Mentor students and guide them for careers in the hospitality sector .
Conduct assessments and provide feedback for skill improvement. Required Skills & Knowledge Strong knowledge of Front Office Operations Experience in F&B Service and Banquet Operations Knowledge of Housekeeping operations Familiarity with Reservation systems and Guest tracking Knowledge of Hotel Software like Fidelio Understanding of Menu planning, beverages and hospitality service standards Excellent communication and presentation skills Eligibility Criteria Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality 7 – 20 years of experience in hospitality industry Minimum 3–4 years experience in a 5-star hotel or reputed hospitality institute Candidates with training, teaching or faculty experience will be preferred
