Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning. Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets for deposits, loans, and other financial products. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their banking needs and providing excellent service.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve business goals and maintain high performance standards. Ensure adherence to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures, and manage risk effectively. Monitor branch financial performance, including profit and loss statements, and take corrective actions as needed.
Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Qualifications: Education: Graduation from any UGC recognized university. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in banking, with at least 3 years as Branch Manager or equivalent role.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial analysis and risk management. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of banking products, services, and regulations.
Familiarity with the local market is a plus
