Key Responsibilities : Review, draft, and coordinate execution of client/vendor agreements Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Sales, Finance, Legal) for contract execution Track contract lifecycles including renewals, amendments, and closures Maintain accurate contract documentation and records Maintain contract trackers and support audits/renewals Support audits and ensure adherence to contractual obligations Ensure compliance with internal policies and contractual terms Required Skills & Experience: 2–5 years of experience in contracts administration or similar role Strong understanding of contractual terms and agreements Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills Good communication skills Experience in staffing/IT services industry is an added advantage
