Strategy and Operations Analyst

The Role: Key Responsibilities : GTM & Strategy Thinking Assist in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and campaigns Participate in ideation, planning, and roll outs Market Research Dive into market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis Support strategic planning with data-backed insights Generate monthly research and insight reports and walk them across relevant teams to ensure alignment and informed decision-making Analytics & Dashboards Build and refine performance dashboards across product, sales, and operations Translate numbers into actionable insights for key business decisions Personalization, Automation & AI Tools Work on implementing the personalization strategies to deliver tailored user experiences based on behavior and segmentation Explore AI tools and automation solutions to streamline workflows Recommend and implement efficiency-driven enhancements across teams. Cross-Team Collaboration Liaise with product, tech, ops, and growth teams to ensure aligned execution. Act as a bridge for smoother communication and faster problem-solving Product & Growth Experiments Support in running small-scale experiments focused on product improvement and growth Track metrics and recommend iterations based on learnings Founder-Led Projects Work directly with the founders on high-priority and evolving initiatives.

Take ownership of strategic tasks across internal operations, reporting, and special projects Ideal Profile: Requirements Semi-qualified CA Experience: 0–2 Years Strong analytical mindset with a good command of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup setup Good business acumen with a curiosity to understand how each team contributes to growth Self-starter attitude — you take ownership, ask the right questions, and move things forward Experience in a similar internship or analyst role (in startups, VC firms, consulting, or founder office) is a plus Benefits Career growth & learning opportunities Team-building & fun work culture Performance bonuses as per company policy What's on Offer?
