The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising staff, implementing retail strategies to minimize losses, and ensuring the overall efficiency and profitability of the store. The Store Manager will also act as a brand ambassador, helping to promote KIWI’s values of quality and sustainability. Qualifications Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive shopping experience Excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers and leading a team effectively Experience in Store Management and the ability to oversee daily retail operations Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to minimize losses and maintain efficiency Leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred) Prior experience in the retail or food industry is advantageous
