Branch Manager

Job Description : We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager- Chandigarh to lead our operations in Punjab (Chandigarh/Ludhiana/Amritsar). This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2C sales, team leadership, and branch profitability. Responsibilities : Direct Sales Experience of 12-18 years (B2C Sales) required with exposure to Branch operations management and Overall P&L management Oversee all branch activities to ensure efficient and profitable operations Lead hiring, training, and performance management of branch staff Drive monthly target planning and distribution across teams Execute lead generation strategies with marketing teams and monitor conversion trends Assess local market conditions and identify new sales opportunities Manage “pull” leads from digital channels, referrals, and other sources Track and optimize lead-to-sale performance weekly Foster team engagement through coaching, training, and motivation Maintain a strong talent pipeline by hiring high-energy professionals Control operational costs to ensure profitability Resolve member complaints and escalations within defined timelines Qualifications : MBA or equivalent in Business 12–18 years of direct B2C sales experience with stability Prior exposure to branch operations and P&L management Industry experience in Time Share, Real Estate or Insurance (Direct Sales) preferred Skills : Strong leadership and people management Results-oriented with execution excellence High energy and passion for customer engagement Exceptional communication and organizational skills
