Job Description**€500 referral scheme **Continuous professional development **4 day week Talbot Group is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join our Childrens Disability Residential Service in Stratford-on-Slaney. This is an opportunity to be part of a supportive team where person-centred care, dignity, independence and quality of life are at the heart of everything we do. Youll play a key role in supporting children with intellectual disabilities, ABI and/or autism, helping them achieve their personal goals while providing high-quality clinical and emotional support.

Support residents to achieve their personal goals and maximise independence.
Work closely with families, MDT colleagues and other professionals. Monitor health and respond appropriately to medical needs. Manage medication safely in line with professional and Talbot Group standards.
Complete clinical assessments and nursing procedures within your scope of practice. Promote privacy, dignity, choice and respect at all times. What Were Looking For Registered Nurse with the Intellectual Disability or Mental Health Division of the NMBI register, or eligible for registration.
Experience in residential, respite or day services supporting people with intellectual disabilities. Knowledge of person-centred planning and relevant clinical policies and legislation. Knowledge of HIQA National Disability Standards.
