Job DescriptionCeltic Careers is looking for aTechnical Training Instructor to join our client team based in If you can deliver engaging, practical and theory-based training across construction, products, best practice and sustainable building, this could be for you.An exciting opportunity for someone with a strong plastering, dry-lining or a background inconstruction who enjoys working with people and sharing their knowledge. About the role: Deliver engaging practical and online construction training. Demonstrate safe working practices and maintain a high-quality training environment.
Prepare training areas, tools, equipment and materials. Support the development of new training programmes and initiatives. Keep training content aligned with current regulations, standards and industry best practice.
Work closely with technical, commercial, product and operations teams. Support innovation and new product development across the wider business. Requirements: Practical construction experience, ideally in plastering / dry-lining.
Knowledge of modern construction practices. Strong communication and presentation skills. Confidence explaining technical and practical subjects to different audiences.
Good understanding of construction drawings, Building Regulations and relevant standards. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
A positive, adaptable and team-focused approach. Youll have the opportunity to turn your construction experience into a career in technical training, helping others build their skills while contributing to more sustainable, efficient and innovative construction practices.
