This is a critical role managing end-to-end accounting, taxation, compliance, banking, and controls with close interaction with bankers, Big-4 firms, and investment advisors.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Supervision & finalisation of accountsIncome tax compliance, assessments, appeals & tax planningCoordination with Big-4 firms, tax advisors & bankersAdvance tax, TDS, and compliancesStrengthening financial controls, MIS review & documentationTeam leadership, mentoring & stakeholder communicationThe Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.Strong knowledge of finance & accounts.Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.An understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent Communication Skills.
