Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr Manager - Finance, located in Kolkata. The role involves overseeing all financial operations, creating budgets, managing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data for decision-making, developing long-term financial strategies, managing relationships with stakeholders, overseeing audits, and strengthening financial processes to support organizational growth. Additionally, the Sr Manager - Finance will supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy in all financial activities.

Qualifications Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting techniques Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements Proven skills in financial planning, cost control, and investment analysis Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills Proficiency in financial software and tools, along with an aptitude for data analysis Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; professional certifications such as CA/CPA/CMA will be highly regarded Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate or construction industry Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
