Job Title: Business Analyst - Finance (Fresher- Chartered Accountant) Job Summary: Ramco Systems is looking for a proactive and analytical fresher Chartered Accountant to join our team as a Business Analyst. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, supporting ERP implementation projects, and delivering customized solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for finance and technology, exceptional analytical abilities, and the adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Document current and future financial workflows for clients. • Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and clients to ensure clear and effective communication. • Define and map end-to-end finance processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record- to-Report. • Support management in implementing Cloud ERP solutions as part of clients’ Digital Finance strategies. • Analyze existing client financial workflows and suggest optimizations leveraging Ramco’s ERP tools. • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions on ERP functionalities. • Configure and test ERP modules to ensure operational accuracy and seamless integration. • Stay updated on advancements in regulations, technology, and finance innovations to deliver informed recommendations. Basic Qualifications: • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. • Fundamental understanding of finance functions, operating models, and best practices for process standardization. • Familiarity with core finance technologies such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CE). • Ability to facilitate workshops, document client requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions. • Proficiency in creating high-quality presentations using MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Professional Skills Requirement: • Passion for finance automation and emerging technologies. • Previous exposure to client-facing roles or internships in ERP implementation is an advantage. • Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to engage effectively with clients, both individually and as part of a team. • Highly motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and collaborative environment. • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
