Sr Business Development Manager - JetStream

Overview

In this Senior Business Development Manager role, you drive the growth of JetStream across the EMEA region, partnering with NetApp and Microsoft sales teams to accelerate adoption of cloud disaster recovery and cyber resilience. You will build a robust enterprise pipeline, nurture relationships with customers and partners, and articulate compelling business and technical value. You’ll work closely with Solutions Architects and Product teams to ensure customer success and represent NetApp at meetings and industry events.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that fuels business continuity across enterprise workloads.

• Drive new business and revenue growth across EMEA
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities
• Develop trusted relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders
• Partner with NetApp and Microsoft field teams to identify and close opportunities
• Position JetStream's disaster recovery and cyber resilience solutions to customers
• Deliver compelling business and technical value propositions
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Product teams to ensure customer success
• Represent NetApp at customer meetings, events, and industry conferences

• 5-10 years of experience in enterprise software, cloud, or technology sales
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Experience selling solutions related to Data Protection/Backup & Recovery/Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity/Cyber Resilience
• Understanding of cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
