Baseball/Softball Hitting Instructor
Position Summary:
A Hitting Instructor is responsible for teaching the swing to players ranging from 8 years old to professional athletes. The objective is to get baseball and softball players game-ready. Coaches' daily tasks will include reviewing game video, planning lessons, teaching players on the swing, and building players confidence through results.
This company operates nationally with Clubhouses open in 10 states. We are constantly learning and growing on how to impact the lives of as many baseball and softball players as possible. Our core values are the backbone of our business.

Performance Objectives:
Maximize players' results in games
Develop players on mechanics and metrics
Help accomplish the player's goal
Experience:
Prior coaching experience is not required, though playing experience is preferred.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 3PM-10PM, Saturdays 10AM-3PM
Job Types: Full-time
Salary: $35,500.00 - 45,000.00
